This second volume of Universal Egg's 'Lead With the Bass' compilation series (Vol1 is WWLP/CD008) sees the arrival of Bristol's Armagideon sounds and Southend's Jah Free alongside the stalwarts of volume 1 - Disciples, Iration Steppas, Centry (Conscious Sounds), Power Steppers and Tassilli Players. The initial vinyl pressings of most of these featured pieces were long gone by the 1996 release of this compilation and all tracks featured here are classics in their own right.
